By purchasing services from American Web Source, clients agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

General Refund Policy

Refund requests may be considered under limited circumstances and only if they meet the conditions described below. Due to the nature of digital services, which involve immediate resource allocation, planning, and execution, refunds cannot be guaranteed once work has commenced.

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

• The client has selected a custom or special service package.
  
• The initial design concept has been approved by the client.
  
• The client has requested revisions or modifications after receiving initial concepts.
  
• The cancellation request is due to reasons unrelated to the quality of service.
  
• The client has not communicated with the company for more than two weeks during an active project.
  
• The client has violated company policies or contractual terms.
  
• The client has engaged another service provider or designer for the same project.
  
• The creative brief provided by the client lacked sufficient or accurate information.
  
• The client requests a complete change of project scope or concept after work has begun.
  
• The refund request is submitted after the allowed refund period.
  
• The business associated with the project has been closed, renamed, or changed ownership.
  
• The request is due to a change of mind, internal disagreement, or personal preference changes.
  
  

If a client purchases a bundle of services and becomes dissatisfied with one service, the refund eligibility will only apply to that specific service and not the entire bundle.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. After this period, refunds will not be considered.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances due to the resources and third-party costs involved:

Additionally, for website development projects, refunds cannot be processed once the design has been approved and development has begun.

Project Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel eligible orders within 7 days of purchase if valid reasons are provided. However, because resources and production costs are incurred immediately after project initiation, cancellation charges will apply.

Cancellation charges are as follows:

• Cancellation within 24 hours: 15% of the total invoice amount will be retained as an administrative fee.
  
• Cancellation after 24 hours: 25% of the total invoice amount will be retained.
  
  

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to the company’s official support email address.

Communication and Project Delivery

All communication between American Web Source and the client must be conducted through the registered email address provided by the client.

For project delivery:

• The company will attempt to contact the client at least three times via email regarding project updates or delivery.
  
• If the client does not respond within seven (7) consecutive working days after delivery notifications, the project will be considered approved and accepted.
  
  

Once the project is deemed accepted, refunds will no longer be available.

Additionally, if a client remains non-responsive for more than 10 consecutive days, any money-back guarantee associated with the project becomes void.

Payments for services may be made through the following methods:

All card transactions are processed securely through authorized merchant services. American Web Source does not store customer card details, ensuring maximum payment security and compliance with payment standards.

All prices listed on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Money-Back Guarantee

American Web Source offers a Money-Back Guarantee only for specific design service packages.

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee:

• The initial design concepts must not match the client’s original brief.
  
• The refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the initial concepts.
  
• No revision requests must have been made.
  
  

Once revisions are requested, the money-back guarantee becomes void, although the client will continue to receive revisions under our satisfaction guarantee policy.

Refund processing may take up to 21 business days, depending on payment method and banking procedures.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All design concepts, graphics, and creative materials remain the exclusive property of American Web Source until full payment has been received.

Clients who request refunds may not use any design concepts or materials provided during the project.

Upon refund approval:

• All intellectual property rights remain with American Web Source.
  
• The client is not permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute any design assets created during the project.
  
  

Services Not Covered by Money-Back Guarantee

The Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to the following services:

Additionally, the guarantee does not apply to design agencies or resellers ordering services on behalf of their own clients.

Final Policy Statement

American Web Source reserves the right to reject or cancel any project if it is deemed necessary due to policy violations, unethical requests, or operational limitations.
